Bryton Parfect completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music at Queen’s University. Following graduation, she was selected from thousands of applicants across Canada to participate in the RBC Career Launch Program where she spent a year working with RBC Wealth Management’s Brand and Sponsorship team, RBC retail banking and Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis. She most recently obtained a Social Media Marketing Certificate from George Brown College to advance social media practices at HRI.

Bryton plays a pivotal role at HRI supporting administrative and communication functions. Bryton leads HRI’s social media programs, website development, and oversees the onboarding of all new research trainees.
