Jacob holds an Honours Degree in Liberal Arts and Business, with minors in Philosophy and Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo. With his diverse and broad experiences in marketing and communications, Jacob brings a unique and revitalized outlook to HRI.

In his role as Digital Media Specialist, Jacob oversees HRI’s social media channels, supports website development and growth, and assists with events. He is responsible for content updates, social media content creation and dissemination, social media and website analytics, and event planning and execution. In collaboration with the operations team, Jacob engages HRI’s core audiences to grow awareness of HRI on a national level.
