Since joining the HRI team in 2017, Kaili has played a pivotal role in HRI’s revenue development department. As Manager of Revenue Development she leads HRI’s annual giving programs and stewardship activities, seeking opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals and organizations who share HRI’s mission of improving treatment and outcomes for those experiencing mental illness and addiction.

Kaili obtained an Honours degree in Commerce from the University of Guelph, with a specialization in Public Management and Administration. She also holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining HRI, Kaili held various roles within the provincial government at the Ministry of Community and Social Services and the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, as well as the Centre for International Governance Innovation. In 2020, Kaili also supported the Integrated Youth Services Network of Wellington County and Guelph as Fundraising Coordinator.
