Data Analyst

Radia brings diverse global experience in statistics to HRI and is passionate about improving lives through statistical data analysis. She holds two Masters Degrees in Statistics – one from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and the other from the University of Guelph. She is the recipient of a prestigious Nora Cebotarev Memorial Graduate Scholarship from the University of Guelph, which was awarded for her demonstrated commitment to social change and outstanding academic achievements.

Prior to joining HRI, Radia worked as research biostatistician at KGK Science Inc. in London, Ontario. She was also Assistant Professor of Statistics at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is an active member of various professional and community associations, including the Statistical Society of Canada and the Bangladesh Statistical Association.

In her role as Data Analyst at HRI, Radia plays a pivotal role in translating findings into solutions that can be applied to practice through the organization and analysis of data.
